摘要 无损检测技术凭借其无损、高效、灵敏等优势,在建筑工程检测领域得到广泛应用。本文重点探讨了渗透检测、超声波检测和射线检测在混凝土结构裂缝、钢结构焊缝等典型缺陷检测中的应用,通过实证研究系统评估了三种检测方法的性能指标。结果表明,射线检测在缺陷检出率、虚警率、漏检率和准确率等方面均优于超声波检测和渗透检测,是建筑工程检测中的首选方法。研究结果可为建筑工程检测方案的优化提供重要参考,具有一定的工程应用价值。 Non-destructive testing technology,with its advantages of non-destructiveness,efficiency,and sensitivity,has been widely applied in the field of construction engineering inspection.This article focuses on the applications of penetration testing,ultrasonic testing,and radiographic testing in detecting typical defects such as cracks in concrete structures and weld seams in steel structures.Through empirical research,the performance indicators of these three detection methods are systematically evaluated.The results indicate that radiographic testing outperforms ultrasonic testing and penetration testing in terms of defect detection rate,false alarm rate,missed detection rate,and accuracy,making it the preferred method in construction engineering inspection.The research findings provide important references for optimizing construction engineering inspection schemes and have certain engineering application value.
