摘要 本文旨在介绍医用原子吸收光谱仪的校准和检验方法,以期为医学实验室在检测人体微量元素方面提供基本指导和支持,重点讨论了如何提高校准效率,并详细分析了医用原子吸收光谱仪校准的重要性,从全面准备好仪器设备、制备校准标准溶液、强调零点校准的重要性、关注仪器校准的曲线相关系数、执行设备重复性校准操作等方面深入说明并探讨医用原子吸收光谱仪的校准方法,以更好地发挥医用原子吸收光谱仪检验性能。 This article aims to introduce the calibration and inspection methods of medical atomic absorption spectrometers,in order to provide basic guidance and support for medical laboratories in detecting trace elements in the human body.It focuses on how to improve calibration efficiency and analyzes in detail the importance of calibrating medical atomic absorption spectrometers.It delves into the calibration methods of medical atomic absorption spectrometers from aspects such as fully preparing the instrument equipment,preparing calibration standard solutions,emphasizing the importance of zero calibration,focusing on the correlation coefficient of the instrument calibration curve,and performing equipment repeatability calibration operations,in order to better utilize the inspection performance of medical atomic absorption spectrometers.
