摘要
DPS816B型大气压力传感器因其精度高、稳定性好,广泛应用于工业生产及航空航天等领域。本文参照JJG 875—2019《数字压力计》检定规程,设计了一种用于DPS816B型大气压力传感器的校准模型,考虑传感器与校准系统之间的通信方式,对传感器输出数据进行采集,计算示值误差并建立不确定度的测量模型,评定包含因子k=2时传感器测量结果的不确定度。
DPS816B atmospheric pressure sensor is widely used in industrial production,aerospace and other fields because of its high precision and good stability.According to the verification regulation of JJG 875—2019 Digital Pressure Gauges,a calibration model for DPS816B atmospheric pressure sensor is proposed in this paper.Considering the communication mode between the sensor and the calibration system,the output data of the sensor is collected,the error of the indication value is calculated,and the measurement model of the uncertainty is established,and the uncertainty of the measurement result of the sensor is evaluated when the factor k-2 is included.
