摘要
随着工业4.0和智能制造的快速发展,数字孪生技术作为一种新型的数字化技术,已经在工业、能源、城市等领域得到了广泛的应用。数字孪生场景搭建关键技术是基于真实环境下的数字孪生技术的重要组成部分,对于提高生产效率和降低成本具有重要意义。该文旨在探讨基于真实环境下的数字孪生场景搭建关键技术,通过分析现有研究和实践案例,总结出数字孪生场景搭建的关键步骤和技术要点,并通过实验验证其可行性和有效性。
With the rapid development of industry 4.0 and smart manufacturing,digital twin technology,as a new form of digitalization,has been widely applied in industries such as manufacturing,energy,and urban development.The key technologies for building digital twin scenarios are essential components of digital twin technology based on real environments,playing a significant role in improving production efficiency and reducing costs.This paper aims to explore the key technologies for constructing digital twin scenarios in real environments.By analyzing existing research and practical cases,it summarizes the critical steps and technical points for building digital twin scenarios and validates their feasibility and effectiveness through experimentation.
