摘要
高等教育作为教育、科技、人才的交汇点,通过培养数字化创新型人才,为新质生产力发展提供人才要素;建立网络化数据资源,为新质生产力发展提供数据要素;构建智能化教育生态,为新质生产力发展提供产业要素。高等教育数字化转型赋能新质生产力的理论逻辑是通过革新育人模式,培养新型劳动者;挖掘数据资源,孕育新型劳动对象;搭建数字生态,催生新型劳动资料。因此,高校要坚持系统观念,推进创新型人才培养;加强数据资源管理,切实保障数据安全;加快数字教育集群发展,催生多元化产业新业态,为高等教育创新发展和经济社会可持续发展注入新动力。
As the intersection point of education,science and technology and talents,higher education provides talents elements for the development of new quality productive forces by cultivating digital innovative talents,establishing network data resources to provide data elements for the development of new quality productive forces,building an intelligent education ecology to provide industrial elements for the development of new quality productive forces.The theory logic of the digital transformation of higher education to enable new quality productive forces is to train new types of workers through the innovation of education mode,to mine data resources and breed new labor objects,to build a digital ecology and give birth to new labor materials.Therefore,colleges and universities should adhere to the systematic concept and promote the cultivation of innovative talents;Strengthen data resource management and guarantee data security;Accelerate the development of digital education clusters,foster new forms of diversified industries,and inject new impetus into the innovative development of higher education and sustainable economic and social development.
