摘要
人内源性反转录病毒H长末端重复关联蛋白2(HHLA2)主要在抗原递呈细胞(APC)和肿瘤细胞上表达,在多种癌症组织中高表达并且其表达与预后相关,使得HHLA2可能成为潜在的用于预测肿瘤治疗的生物学标志。同时,HHLA2/KIR3DL3是新发现的热门免疫抑制途径,对适应性免疫应答调节起重要作用。本文对HHLA2的发现与沿革、HHLA2表达与预后的关系、HHLA2对免疫系统的调节作用进行综述。
Human endogenous retrovirus-H long terminal repeat associated protein 2(HHLA2)is mainly expressed on antigen-presenting cells(APC)and tumor cells,and highly expressed in cancer tissue and its expression is correlated with prognosis,which suggests that HHLA2 may be a potential biomarker for predicting anti-tumor treatment.At the same time,HHLA2/KIR3DL3 is a newly discovered popular immunosuppressive pathway,which plays an important role in regulation of adaptive immune response.This review summarizes discovery and evolution of HHLA2,association between expression of HHLA2 and prognosis,and regulatory role of HHLA2 in immune system.
