综观全球,“大数据”已成为当今数字时代的重要战略资源,应用极为广泛,影响深远。防范债券交易犯罪也应顺应时代发展趋势,利用好“大数据”这一抓手。具体而言,首先,鉴于大数据体量巨大、速度快、多样化、真实性高,公安机关可以将大数据作为解决债券交易复杂问题和支持传统侦查手段的重要工具。其次,金融机构和公安机关可以基于大数据在金融领域的广泛运用,发现潜在的市场操纵、内幕交易和欺诈行为。再者,基于制度创新视角,在结合我国债券交易犯罪发展特点的基础上,以《证券法》相关理论作为运行逻辑,运用大数据思维运筹考虑,对债券交易犯罪类型进行剖析,提出防范制度构想,以期在源头上杜绝债券交易犯罪的发生。

Looking at the world,"big data"has become an important strategic resource in today's digital era,with extensive application and far-reaching influence.The prevention of bond trading crimes should al-so conform to the development trend of the times,and make good use of the"big data".To be specific,first of all,in view of the huge volume,fast speed,diversification and high authenticity of big data,these char-acteristics enable the public security organs to use big data as an important tool to solve the complex prob-lems of bond trading and support the traditional investigation means.Secondly,financial institutions and public security organs can find out potential market manipulation,insider trading and fraud based on the extensive use of big data in the financial field.Moreover,based on the perspective of system innovation,on the basis of the characteristics of bond trading crime development in China,with the theory of Securi-ties Law as running logic,using big data thinking operations consideration,analyzes the type of bond trad-ing crime,and puts forward the idea of prevention system,in order to put an end to the bond trading crime on the source.
