激光封接金属与玻璃研究进展

摘要 玻璃与金属的焊接在微电子封装、真空管及蓝宝石金属窗等多个领域展现出广泛的应用前景。然而,这一技术也面临诸多限制,主要源于玻璃与金属在结构上的差异、连接本质的复杂性,以及润湿、铺展和粘结等复杂物理现象的挑战。激光焊接技术,凭借其高精度、能量集中和加工快速等优势,在玻璃与金属的封接中获得了广泛应用。本文介绍了玻璃与金属焊接的应用领域及其存在的限制,概述了激光焊接金属与玻璃的研究现况,并深入分析了激光参数对焊接质量的影响规律。最后,探讨了激光焊接金属与玻璃的潜在应用,为玻璃与金属复合结构的制造提供创新性的指导思路,同时也为激光焊接技术在该领域的应用提供参考。 Glass to metal joining has its potential applications in microelectronics packaging,metal-glass seals,vacuum tubes,sapphire metal windows,etc.But there are many limitations in joining this composite materials due to materials that range from their structures,nature of bonding,physical properties to a complex phenomenon like wetting,spreading and adhesion.Laser technique with the benefits of high precision,energy concentration and fast processing plays an increasingly prominent role in the joining of glasses to metals.This paper introduces the applications and limitations traditional welding methods for the joining of glass to metal,reviews the progress of research on laser joining of glass to metal,and provide an deep analysis on the effects of the laser parameters on the quality of joint.Finally,this review concludes with an exploration on potential application for laser joining of glasses to metals,offering creative ideas for the fabrication of metal-glass composite structures,as well as providing references for the research of laser joining glasses and metals.
