司库原指集中存放和支付资金的地方,后来被引申为一种先进资金管理理念和工具。随着司库理念的演进,以及近年来大数据、云计算等数字技术加速创新,司库管理推动企业资金集中管理步入新阶段。为适应新时代新要求、新趋势新变化,随着国有企业的不断发展壮大,国有企业庞大的资金资源管理难度逐步加大,如何有效地统筹国有企业内部资源,促进资金的高效运作,降低资金使用成本,从而促进企业利益最大化,是国有企业面临的重要课题。本文阐述了国有企业司库管理的必要性,并结合司库管理的建设路径,对国有企业加强司库管理提出了切实可行的建议。

Treasury originally refers to a place where funds are stored and paid centrally,and later it is extended to an advanced fund management concept and tool.With the evolution of the concept of treasury,and the accelerated innovation of digital technologies such as big data and cloud computing in recent years,treasury management has promoted the centralized management of corporate funds into a new stage.In order to adapt to the new requirements of the new era,new trends and new changes,with the continuous development and expansion of state-owned enterprises,the management difficulty of stateowned enterprises'huge capital resources is gradually increasing.How to effectively coordinate the internal resources of stateowned enterprises,promote the efficient operation of funds,reduce the cost of capital utilization,and maximize the interests of enterprises has become an important topic faced by state-owned enterprises.The paper expounds the necessity of treasury management in state-owned enterprises,and puts forward feasible suggestions for strengthening treasury management in stateowned enterprises according to the construction path of treasury management.
