高质量建设民办高校马克思主义学院的思考

Reflections on the High-quality Building of School of Marxism in Private Colleges and Universities

近年来,民办高校马克思主义学院建设进步明显,马克思主义学院建设标准基本落实,思政课教学效果明显提升,师资队伍建设力度加大,教学创新有所突破。但还存在一些问题,主要是马克思主义学院建设标准的落实不均衡,导致学院发展失衡、师资薄弱、科研落后、投入不足。高质量建设民办高校马克思主义学院,要抓住完善办学机制、加强师资队伍建设和加大经费投入三个关键。民办高校马克思主义学院自身也要激发发展动力,增强发展信心,在学科建设、教学创新上下功夫。

In recent years,there has been significant progress in the building of school of Marxism in private colleges and universities.The construction standards of the school have been basically implemented,the teaching effectiveness of ideological and political theory courses has been significantly improved,the construction of the teaching staff has been strengthened,and there have been breakthroughs in teaching innovation.Yet there still exists some chief problem as the uneven implementation of the construction standards for the school,which leads to imbalanced development of the schools,weak faculty,backward scientific research,and insufficient investment.To build a high-quality school of Marxism in private colleges and universities,it is necessary to focus on three key aspects:improving the school-running mechanism,strengthening the construction of the teaching staff and increasing financial investment.The school of Marxism in private colleges and universities should also stimulate its own development momentum,enhance its confidence in development,and make efforts in discipline construction and teaching innovation.
