This article conducts research and analysis on the current situation and rehabilitation needs of elderly rehabilitation exercise under the integration of community medical care and elderly care.Through extensive literature review and field research,it has been found that the current community medical and elderly care integration model still faces problems such as insufficient rehabilitation resources and a shortage of professional personnel in elderly rehabilitation exercise.The demand for rehabilitation exercise among the elderly presents diverse and personalized characteristics.This article delves into these current situations and needs,and proposes suggestions such as policy guidance and support,promotion of the integrated medical and elderly care model,and scientific planning of rehabilitation centers.
