习近平总书记在文化传承座谈会上提出的“新的文化生命体”这一范畴意蕴深刻、影响深远。从普遍意蕴来看,“新的文化生命体”是两种或多种不同文化在交流碰撞、相互涵摄及互相成就的过程中所创造出的一种跨文化融合生命体。从特殊语境看,习近平总书记所指的“新的文化生命体”特指马克思主义与中华优秀传统文化相结合所产生的一种新的文化形态。从中外文化交流史看,任何一种“新的文化生命体”在本质意蕴、成长规律、文化前提和发展路数上都有其共同指征。同样,经由“第二个结合”造就的“新的文化生命体”在本质意涵、成长规律、文化前提和发展路数等方面具有新的文化生命体的一般属性。与此同时,较之以往跨文化融合生命体,经由“第二个结合”造就的“新的文化生命体”有其独特的内涵和本质特性,其根本特性主要体现在思想体系的超越性、历史地位的主导性、社会功能的现实性。通过对共性与个性的整体把握,新征程上唯有继续激活母体的“生命力”,激发主体的“自觉性”,保证机体的“开放性”,才能更好丰富发展中国式现代化文化形态,建设中华民族现代文明。
