数字时代思想道德教育分众化的机理与路径

摘要 数字时代思想道德教育分众化是顺应教育对象群体化趋势、满足教育对象个性化需求、促进教育效能整体性提升的迫切要求。作为新质生产力的代表,日新月异的数字技术已成为推动思想道德教育朝着分众化方向变革创新的新引擎和新工具,能够通过数字采集促进教育对象分众化划分,数字决策推动教育方案分众化制定,算法推荐助力教育资源分众化供给,数字计算实现教育效果分众化评估。为此,须打造对象分众化管理的数字系统,集成内容分众化推荐的数字资源,明晰数据分众化采集的数字标准,提升教育分众化开展的数字素养,推进多种新质技术与思想道德教育分众化融合创新,促进思想道德教育分众化育人效能的充分释放,为实现中华民族伟大复兴奠定坚实的思想基础。 In the digital age,ideological and moral education is an urgent requirement to conform to the trend of the group of educational objects,meet the individual needs of educational objects and promote the overall improvement of educational effectiveness.As a representative of the new quality productivity,the everchanging digital technology has become a new engine and a new tool to promote the innovation of ideological and moral education in the direction of diversification.It can promote the segmentation of educational objects through digital collection,promote the formulation of educational programs through digital decision-making,promote the supply of educational resources through algorithm recommendation,and realize the evaluation of educational effects through digital computing.To this end,it is necessary to build a digital system for object mass management,integrate digital resources recommended by content mass,clarify digital standards for data mass collection,improve the digital literacy of education mass development,promoting the integration and innovation of multiple new quality technologies and ideological and moral education mass,and promoting the full release of the effectiveness of ideological and moral education mass education.Laying a solid ideological and moral foundation for realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
