保险集团交叉销售渠道保源开发及其未来——基于一体化战略的分析

摘要 交叉销售是一体化战略的重要举措。外部销售渠道是交叉销售的渠道保源,有直销渠道和中介渠道之分,一般对前者管控较强、对后者管控较弱,它们单独或组合分布在分支机构中,处在分散运营模式或集中运营模式下。在分散运营模式下,交叉销售存在内部环境、战略实现路径和销售资源等方面的问题,需要通过持续改善内部环境、充分发挥供给方管理者作用和重点开发直销渠道等措施加以解决。在集中运营模式下,交叉销售会出现组织机构和业务运营等方面的新问题,需要通过成立专业销售公司、充分利用信息技术和提升综合服务质量等措施加以解决。
