基于CiteSpace对我国儿童隐睾研究热点可视化分析

Visual analysis of research hotspots on cryptorchidism in children in China based on CiteSpace

目的对近十年国内儿童隐睾研究热点和趋势进行分析,为儿童隐睾研究提供参考。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)2013—2022年儿童隐睾相关文献,利用CiteSpace6.2.R4软件进行文献计量学分析,对该领域发文量、作者、机构、关键词等进行可视化。结果共纳入文献422篇,发文量最多的作者分别是李龙(5篇)、李爽(5篇)和汪志华(5篇),发文量较大机构分别为首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院泌尿外科(4篇)、新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院小儿外科(4篇)和华中科技大学同济医学院附属武汉儿童医院泌尿外科(4篇);高频关键词为儿童隐睾、高位隐睾、腹腔镜、疗效、手术治疗、尿道下裂、护理;关键词聚类分析显示该领域研究热点主要集中在儿童隐睾、尿道下裂及临床表现。结论近年来国内对儿童隐睾主要以临床研究为主,睾丸下降固定术是儿童隐睾的有效治疗手段和研究热点,进一步分析发现作者、机构间缺乏合作,后续可建立多中心、多学科合作交流平台,促进该领域的高质量发展。

Objective To analyze the research hotspots and trends of cryptorchidism in children in recent ten years,and to provide reference for the study of cryptorchidism in children.Methods The relevant literatures on cryptorchidism in children from 2013 to 2022 were retrieved from CNKI.CiteSpace6.2.R4 software carries on the literature metrology analysis,and carries on the visualization to this domain literature quantity,the author,the organization,the keyword and so on.Results A total of 422 articles were included.The authors with the largest number of articles were Li Long(5 articles),Li Shuang(5 articles)and Wang Zhihua(5 articles),the major publications were the Department of Urology,Children’s Hospital Affiliated to Capital Institute of Pediatrics(4 articles),the Department of Pediatric Surgery,People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region(4 articles)and the Department of Urology,Wuhan Children’s Hospital Affiliated to the Tongji Medical College Huangzhong University of Science&Technology;The high frequency keywords were cryptorchidism,high cryptorchidism,laparoscopy,curative effect,surgical treatment,hypospadias and nursing.Key word cluster analysis showed that the focus of this field was mainly on cryptorchidism,hypospadias and clinical manifestations.Conclusion In recent years,the main research on cryptorchidism in China is clinical research.Orchiopexy is an effective treatment and research focus for cryptorchidism in children,follow-up can establish multi-center,multi-disciplinary cooperation and exchange platform to promote high-quality development in this field.
