机器学习在护理领域应用研究热点的可视化分析

Visual analysis of the applied research hotspots of machine learning in the nursing field

目的分析国内外机器学习在临床护理领域应用的研究热点和未来的发展趋势,为国内护理人员开展护理工作提供参考。方法检索中国知网(CNKI)和Web of Science核心数据库中关于机器学习在护理领域应用研究的文献,检索时间为2013年1月1日至2023年6月1日,借助CiteSpace 6.2.R4软件对发文量、关键词共现、关键词聚类和突现进行可视化分析。结果国内外机器学习研究发文量呈现线性增长趋势,主要聚焦机器人、人工智能、大数据、护理等几个方面,其中“预测模型”“机器学习”是目前的研究热点。结论机器学习在临床护理中的应用已经受到国内外学者的广泛关注,建议通过将机器学习在护理中的应用热点具体化、扩宽学习渠道、学习更先进的机器智能技术,推动国内护理更智能化发展,不断提高临床护理质量。

Objective Analyzing the research hotspots and future development trends of machine learning application in clinical nursing field at home and abroad,provide reference for domestic nursing staff to carry out nursing work.Methods The literature on the application of machine learning in the nursing field in CNKI and Web of Science core database was searched.The search period was from January 1,2013 to January 1,June 2023,and the amount of publication,keyword collinear,keyword clustering and emergence were visually analyzed with the help of CiteSpace 6.2.R4 software.Results The number of machine learning research publications at home and abroad shows a linear growth trend,mainly focusing on robotics,artificial intelligence,big data,nursing and other aspects,among which“prediction model”and“machine learning”are the current research hotspots.Conclusion The application of machine learning in clinical nursing has been widely concerned by scholars at home and abroad.It is suggested to promote the more intelligent development of domestic nursing and continuously improve the quality of clinical nursing by specifying the application of machine learning in nursing,expanding learning channels and learning more advanced machine intelligence technology.
