百日咳外膜囊泡疫苗的研究进展

A review on pertussis outer membrane vesicle-based vaccines

摘要 虽然百日咳疫苗接种率很高,但百日咳发病率并未达到理想的控制水平,百日咳疫情在各个国家均有不同程度的反弹甚至暴发,说明当前所用的百日咳疫苗并不理想。为此,新一代百日咳疫苗的研究势在必行。目前已有多条途径开展新型百日咳疫苗的研发,现主要对百日咳外膜囊泡疫苗的研究作一概述。 Although the pertussis vaccine vaccination rate is high,the incidence of pertussis has not reached desired lever of control.The pertussis epidemic rebounded or even broken out in many countries to different degree.This phenomenon indicates that the current pertussis vaccines are not ideal.For this reason,a new generation of pertussis vaccine research is imperative and there are many ways to develop it.In this review,we will focus on the development of pertussis outer membrane vesicle-based vaccines.
