行为公共管理视角下叙事政策框架研究的微观进路--一个系统性文献综述

Micro-Level Research Approaches to the Narrative Policy Framework from the Perspective of Behavioral Public Administration--A Systematic Review

叙事政策框架作为政策过程理论的一个相对年轻的理论框架,其微观进路的考察仍然存在很大的研究空间。本文从行为公共管理学视角出发,通过系统性文献综述检索与筛选相关研究,在文献回顾的基础上对发文量趋势、研究地域与政策领域、理论融合、研究方法等四个方面进行了进展总结与反思,并提出微观叙事政策框架研究的分析模型,进而认为可以从微观叙事政策框架理论的系统化、微观叙事政策框架实践的本土化和微观叙事政策框架工具的行为化等三个方面推动其研究与应用的发展。

As a relatively young theoretical framework in policy process theory,there is still ample research space for the comprehensive examination of the micro-level research approaches to the Narrative Policy Framework.From the perspective of Behavioral Public Administration,this study,conducts a systematic review to summarize and reflect the trends in publication volume,research regions and policy domains,theoretical integration,and research methods in the area by searching and selecting relevant research.We proposes the analytical model for micro-level of the Narrative Policy Framework research and further suggests that the development of research and application of the micro-level Narrative Policy Framework can be promoted along three dimensions:the systematization of its theory,the localization of its practice,and the behavioralization of its tools.
