2022年山东省部分地区接种人员对特殊健康状态儿童疫苗接种相关知识的知晓度调查

Awareness of knowledge about vaccination of children with medical conditions among vaccination staff in several areas of Shandong province,2022

目的了解接种人员对特殊健康状态儿童疫苗接种相关知识的知晓度及其影响因素。方法2022年9-12月在山东省3个地市选择接种人员开展问卷调查,分析其对特殊健康状态儿童疫苗接种相关知识知晓率和平均得分,采用多元线性回归模型分析知识得分的影响因素。结果在839例调查对象中,21项特殊健康状态儿童疫苗接种相关知识的知晓率在19.55%-98.45%之间,知识得分中位数为17分(四分位数间距:14-18分);多元线性回归分析显示,乡镇卫生院接种单位、未参加过相关知识培训的调查对象知识得分较低[β(95%CI):-99.71(-138.25~-61.17)、-75.32(-112.29~-38.35)];年龄越大、大学本科及以上学历和从事预防接种工作时间越长的调查对象知识得分较高[β(95%CI):2.54(0.32-4.75);90.10(57.42-122.79);4.87(2.21-7.52)]。结论接种人员对不同特殊健康状态儿童疫苗接种相关知识的知晓度存在差异;需加强相关知识薄弱接种人员培训。

Objective To explore awareness and knowledge about vaccination of children with medical conditions and factors influencing awareness among vaccination staff.Methods We recruited vaccination staff in three prefectures of Shandong province between September and December of 2022 for a questionnaire-based survey and assessed rates of awareness and scores of knowledge about vaccination of children with medical conditions.We used multivariate linear regression analysis to determine factors influencing scores.Results Among a total of 839 vaccination staff,rates of awareness of 21 items of knowledge about vaccination of children with medical conditions ranged from 19.55%to 98.45%,with a median knowledge score of 17(inter-quartile range:14 to 18).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that knowledge scores were lower among subjects who worked in vaccination units of township health centers and who had not participated in relevant training[β(95%CI):-99.71(-138.25 to-61.17),-75.32(-112.29 to-38.35)],while knowledge scores were higher among subjects who were older,who had a bachelor′s degree or higher,and who worked in vaccination services for a longer time[β(95%CI):2.54(0.32-4.75),90.10(57.42-122.79),4.87(2.21-7.52)].Conclusions Awareness and knowledge about vaccination of children with medical conditions among vaccination staff varied by type of knowledge.We should strengthen training for vaccination staff who lack relevant knowledge.
