摘要
经过国内不断研发升级,患者自控镇痛(PCA)已发展成为具有中国自主知识产权和创新专利的、数字医疗的智能化患者自控镇痛(Ai-PCA)系统,Ai-PCA不但是把传统镇痛技术提升到整合医学水平的科研成果,而且提高了疼痛治疗的精确性、可靠性、便捷性、舒适性及安全性。目前Ai-PCA普及与发展仍不平衡、不充分。为了快速推广与发展Ai-PCA,本文提出了推进Ai-PCA高质量发展的具体措施,并呼吁国内学者重视Ai-PCA的推广与发展。希望本文与同期刊出的《患者自控镇痛临床应用规范专家共识》能助力中国数智镇痛医疗技术向智慧化、舒适化发展,使广大患者能切实享受到舒适镇痛的优质服务。
Through continuous development and upgrading,patient-controlled analgesia(PCA)has developed into an artificial intelligent patient-controlled analgesia(Ai-PCA)system with independent intellectual property rights and innovative patents in China.Ai-PCA not only elevates traditional pain relief techniques to the level of integrated medical research,but also improves the accuracy,reliability,convenience,comfort and safety of pain treatment.At present,the popularization and development of Ai-PCA is still unbalanced and inadequate.This paper reviews and proposes measures to advance the high-quality development of Ai-PCA,to encourage domestic scholars to focus on leading the standardization and vigorous progress of intelligent digital pain management.This issue also publishes the"Expert consensus on clinical practice for patient-controlled analgesia"to assist China's intelligent digital pain management technology towards sophistication,and to provide superior quality services with comfortable pain relief.
