乡村振兴战略背景下集聚提升类村庄规划编制探索——以贵州省遵义市凤冈县临江村为例

本文在乡村振兴视角下,以贵州省遵义市凤冈县临江村为例,采用资料收集、实地调研和理论研究的方法,梳理了临江村现状问题,并从实际出发,从规划思路、发展定位、国土空间和产业布局、补齐基础设施短板、提升人居环境等方面对集聚提升类村庄规划进行了研究,以期为乡村全面振兴提供实现路径。

From the perspective of rural revitalization,this paper takes Linjiang Village in Fenggang County,Zunyi City,Guizhou Province as an example.Several methods,such as data collection,field research,and theoretical study are used to sort out the current issues of Linjiang Village.Starting from the actual situation,the paper studies the gathering and upgrading villages from the following aspects,including planning ideas,development orientation,territorial space and industrial layout,making up for the shortcomings of infrastructures,and improving the human settlement,aiming to provide a practical path for the comprehensive rural revitalization strategy.
