乡村振兴视角下国土空间规划创新路径探索

当前,乡村振兴战略正给我国农村带来翻天覆地的变化。乡村处于国土空间规划体系的终端,是实现乡村振兴和国家治理现代化的重要抓手。本文基于乡村振兴与国土空间规划之间的内在联系,提出一系列乡村振兴视角下国土空间规划创新路径:构建多规合一导向的规划体系、实施绿色永续发展的规划策略、应用先进的现代化规划技术。并通过实例分析验证得出,所提创新路径在实际项目中的应用效果良好。

At present,the rural revitalization strategy is bringing earth-shaking changes to China's rural areas.Rural areas,as the end of the territorial and spatial planning system,are important starting points to realize rural revitalization and national governance modernization.Based on the internal connection between rural revitalization and territorial-spatial planning,a series of innovative approaches for territorial and spatial planning from the perspective of rural revitalization are proposed:building planning system guided by multi-planning,implementing planning strategies for green and sustainable development,and applying advanced modern planning technologies.Through the example analysis,the application effects of the proposed innovation path are verified in the actual projects.
