县级国土空间规划与格局优化思路研究——以广东省郁南县国土空间总体规划为例

本文以广东省郁南县国土空间总体规划为案例,在综合分析国土空间格局优化现实需求、概念内涵的基础上,深入探讨国土空间规划的总体思路与实践。研究表明,国土空间规划是在对各类空间要素进行分析后所做出的调整,促进各类要素在国土空间中的合理分布与配置,提高开发利用效率和均衡性。以期为县级层面的国土空间规划及城乡格局优化提供有益借鉴和参考。

Taking the overall territorial and spatial planning of Yunan County,Guangdong Province as a case,this paper discusses the overall thinking and practice of territorial and spatial planning on the basis of comprehensively analyzing the actual demand and conceptual connotation of territorial and spatial pattern optimization.The research shows that the territorial and spatial planning is an adjustment made after the analysis of various spatial elements,to promote the reasonable distribution and allocation of various elements in the territorial space,and to improve the development efficiency and utilization balance,in order to provide useful reference for territorial and spatial planning as well as urban-rural pattern optimization at the county level.
