中国式现代化视域下生态文明建设的意义、掣肘及探索研究

On the Significance,Constraints and Exploration of Ecological Civilization Construction from the Perspective of Chinese Modernization

中国式现代化是人与自然和谐共生的现代化,蕴含着深厚的习近平生态文明思想。生态文明建设是实现中国式现代化建设的重要特征和关键抓手。党的二十大报告全面梳理总结了党的十八大以来我国生态文明建设取得的重大成就,进一步明确了新时代生态文明建设在中国式现代化发展中的基础性地位。中国式现代化视域下我国新时代生态文明建设在制度体系保障,战略地位提升,促进人与自然和谐共生、“双碳”目标达成等方面具有极为重要的时代意义。但中国式现代化进程中生态文明建设仍面临着经济发展、社会治理、精神文化三方面的现实掣肘。要有效破解现实掣肘就需要从思想引领、目标定位、内生动力、氛围营造四个方面开展实践探索,积极践行中国式生态现代化的发展理念,全面开启新时代生态文明建设新篇章。

Chinese path to modernization is a kind of modernization in which man and nature coexist in harmony,and contains profound ecological civilization ideas.The construction of ecological civilization is an important feature and key point to realize Chinese path to modernization.The report of the 20th CPC National Congress comprehensively summarized the major achievements of China's ecological civilization construction since the 18th CPC National Congress,and further clarified the fundamental position of ecological civilization construction in the new era in the development of Chinese path to modernization.From the perspective of Chinese path to modernization,China's construction of ecological civilization in the new era has extremely important epochal significance in terms of institutional system protection,strategic position improvement,promoting the harmonious coexistence of man and nature,and achieving the goal of"double carbon".However,in the process of Chinese path to modernization,the construction of ecological civilization still faces three practical constraints:economic development,social governance,and spiritual culture.To effectively break through the constraints of reality,it is necessary to carry out practical exploration from four aspects:ideological guidance,target positioning,endogenous driving force,and atmosphere creation,actively practice the development concept of Chinese style ecological modernization,and comprehensively open a new chapter in the construction of ecological civilization in the new era.
