达芬奇机器人与腹腔镜手术治疗食管裂孔疝的临床疗效比较

A comparative study on Da Vinci robotic and laparoscopic radical gastrectomy for hiatal hernia of esophagus

摘要 目的比较达芬奇机器人与传统腹腔镜手术治疗食管裂孔疝的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析2021年12月至2023年12月天津市南开医院行达芬奇机器人手术(38例)和传统腹腔镜手术(42例)食管裂孔疝患者的临床资料。比较2组患者手术情况、术后临床终点指标及术后并发症发生情况。结果与传统腹腔镜组比,机器人组手术时间略长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组患者术中出血量、术后进食时间、术后住院时间、总住院费用、总住院时间比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);随访1~12个月,生活质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论达芬奇机器人手术治疗食管裂孔疝是安全有效的,其在术中出血量、术后进食时间、术后住院时间、总住院费用、总住院时间、术后并发症方面对比传统腹腔镜手术无明显差异。 Objective To compare the clinical outcomes between da Vinci robot-assisted surgery and traditional laparoscopic surgery for the treatment of hiatal hernia.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted on the clinical data of 38 patients who underwent da Vinci robot-assisted surgery and 42 patients who underwent traditional laparoscopic surgery for hiatal hernia in Tianjin Nankai Hospital between December 2021 and December 2023.Compare the surgical situation,postoperative clinical endpoint indicators,and incidence of postoperative complications between two groups.Results Compared with the traditional laparoscopic group,the da Vinci robot group had slightly longer operation time,which was statistically significant(P<0.05);there were no statistically significant differences in intraoperative blood loss,postoperative diet time,postoperative hospital stay,total hospitalization cost,and total hospitalization time between the two groups(all P>0.05).Conclusion Da Vinci robot-assisted surgery is a safe and effective treatment for hiatal hernia,and it shows no significant differences compared to traditional laparoscopic surgery in terms of intraoperative blood loss,postoperative diet time,postoperative hospital stay,total hospitalization cost,total hospitalization time,and postoperative complications.
