伽利略(Galileo)高精度服务(HAS)可在全球范围内提供公开、免费的高精度实时精密单点定位(PPP)服务。为了评估Galileo HAS在全球不同区域的性能,对当前HAS产品精度及其全球定位性能展开了分析。结果表明,GPS和Galileo卫星轨道的平均用户测距误差分别为0.042 m和0.033 m,空间信号测距误差的标准差分别为0.20 ns和0.10 ns。全球不同区域的HAS PPP收敛时间有明显差异,以68%置信水平达到平面精度0.2 m、高程精度0.4 m为收敛指标,欧洲区域测站平均收敛时间最短,仅为28 min;非洲区域测站平均收敛时间为39 min,美洲和亚太区域测站的平均收敛时间为51 min和85 min。
Galileo high accuracy service(HAS)can provide open and free high-precision real-time precise point positioning(PPP)service around the world.In order to evaluate the performance of Galileo HAS in different regions of the world,we evaluated the accuracy and global positioning performance of HAS products.The results show that the average orbit user range errors of GPS and Galileo satellites are 0.042 m and 0.033 m,respectively.The signal in space range errors are 0.20 ns and 0.10 ns for GPS and Galileo,respectively.There is a significant difference in the convergence time of HAS PPP in different regions of the world.With 68%confidence level reaching 0.2 m in horizontal and 0.4 m in vertical components as convergence indicators,the average convergence time of stations in Europe is significantly lower than that in other regions,only 28 min,while the average convergence time of stations in Africa is 39 min,and the average convergence times of stations in the Americas and Asia Pacific regions are 51 min and 85 min,respectively.
