摘要
地下物流系统是现代物流体系的重要组成部分,应用地铁网络发展物流功能,对提高城市物流效能、缓解地面交通压力具有重要的现实意义。文章基于轴辐式物流网络理论和产业发展理论,采用扎根分析方法,通过开放式编码、主轴编码和选择性编码,提取地铁物流网络中枢纽节点、转运节点和功能节点等物流网络节点的关键影响因素,从发展基础、发展核心、发展潜力三个维度,建立了地铁物流关键节点布局建设影响因素模型。研究发现:地铁物流枢纽节点的选择受综合发展能力、物流规模、交通条件三类因素影响,地铁物流转运节点的选择受转运水平、客流因素、网络条件、物流设施四大因素影响,影响地铁物流功能节点的因素主要包括地下商业、地面商业、轨道交通规划、居民小区分布、公共服务设施和人口密度。基于研究所挖掘的关键影响因素,文章建立了基于扎根理论的地铁物流网络体系评价模型,为构建城市地铁物流网络体系提供决策参考。
Underground logistics system is an important component of modern logistics system.The application of subway network to develop logistics functions has important practical significance for improving urban logistics efficiency and alleviating ground traffic pressure.Based on the theories of hub-and-spoke logistics networks and industrial development,the paper employs grounded analysis methods,extracting key influencing factors of hub nods,transfer nodes,and functional nodes.Furthermore,the paper establishes a model of influencing factors for the construction and layout of key nodes in subway logistics from the perspectives of development foundation,core development,and potential for growth.The study finding are as follows:the selection of subway logistics hub nodes is influenced by three factors:logistics scale,transportation conditions,and comprehensive development capacity.The selection of subway logistics transfer nodes is influenced by four factors:network conditions,passenger flow control,transfer level,and logistics facilities.The functional nodes that affect subway logistics mainly include six levels:underground commerce,ground commerce,rail transit planning,population density,residential areas,and public service facilities.Based on the key influencing factors excavated by the research institute,this paper establishes an evaluation model for the subway logistics network system based on grounded theory,providing decision-making reference for constructing urban subway logistics network system.
