自组织视角下的社区老年教育学习团队发展研究——以广州社区老年教育为例

摘要 唤醒老年人的自主学习意识,实现老年人自我组织在自主学习中的应有价值,是当前值得研究的课题。本研究基于自组织理论,结合对社区学习团队社区老年教育学习团队概念的分析,对广州社区老年教育学习团队自组织发展的条件及所面临的挑战进行分析。通过对三支优秀学习团队建设经验的借鉴,探索以广州社区老年教育学习团队自组织发展推进学习型社会建设的有效途径与运作模式。 Under the background of aging in the new era,it is a topic worth studying to awaken the consciousness of autonomous learning of the elderly and realize the due value of self-organization of the elderly in autonomous learning.Based on this,in order to give better play to the initiative of the elderly,this study,based on the self-organization theory and combined with the analysis of the concept of the community learning team for the elderly education and learning team,analyzes the conditions and challenges of the development of the self-organization of the elderly education and learning team in Guangzhou community.Based on the experience of three building excellent learning teams,this paper explores an effective way and operation mode to promote the establishment of a learning society and improve the lifelong education system by self-organizing and developing the learning team of community education for the elderly in Guangzhou.
