大学生感知子职期待内涵的质性研究——基于对11名受访者的半结构式访谈

摘要 厘清父母和子女双方对子职期待的感知差异,有助于减少亲子矛盾冲突、促进家庭和谐,并达到帮助子女承担子职责任的目的。本研究运用扎根理论方法,对福建省某地方师范院校在校生进行半结构式访谈,利用NVivo11.0对数据进行分析,探究大学生感知子职期待的构成要素。研究结果表明,大学生感知的子职期待包括工具性支持期待、情感性支持期待、信息支持期待、子女成长期待、家庭地位期待五个构成要素。为了巩固亲子关系和提升家庭生活幸福感,父母和子女双方都应加强对子职责任的了解,共同商议子职责任的具体履行方法;国家应采取措施进一步增强老年人口的医疗保障,从而减轻子女的子职压力。 To clarify the difference between parents and children in their perception of filial responsibility expectations is helpful to reduce parent-child conflicts,promote family harmony,and achieve the purpose of helping children to shoulder their flial responsibilities.In this study,based on the grounded theory method,semi-structured interviews were conducted with students in a local normal college in Fujian Province,and NVivoll.0 was used to analyze the data to explore the components of the sub-job expectations perceived by college students.The results show that college students'perception of parents'expectation of their children's filial responsibilities includes five components,namely instrumental support expectation,emotional support expectation,information support expectation,children growth expectations,family status expectation.In order to consolidate the parent-child relationship and enhance the happiness of family life,both parents and children should strengthen the understanding of child responsibility,and discuss the specific implementation methods of child responsibility together.The state should take measures to further enhance the medical security of the elderly population,so as to reduce the pressure on their children.
