刘献君高等教育理论的应用价值探析——以铜仁学院为例

摘要 刘献君是我国当代杰出的高等教育理论家和实践家。他的高等教育思想具有很强的应用性,对我国高校的发展具有重要的指导意义,尤其是对新建应用型高校发展有重要启示:一是以培养地方需要的应用型人才为己任并强调发挥社会服务职能的新型大学观,让新建地方高校铜仁学院在应用转型探索的迷茫中找到了发展的方向;二是以发展应用学科为主并强调学科与专业具有同等重要性的应用型高校学科建设观,让铜仁学院的学科建设在与专业建设的博弈中找到了应有的方位;三是以占有相对优势为目标并强调在管理中舍弃相对薄弱领域、集中发展自己强项的高校发展观,让铜仁学院在跨越发展前行的困惑中找到了合适的战略;四是以所在学校为研究对象并强调理论研究和实践研究相结合的院校研究观,让铜仁学院在行政管理规律把握的艰难中找到了重要的工作方法。刘献君长期不间断地对高等教育充满想象力的探索精神,让我们高等教育工作者在学问人生坚守的犹豫中找到了学习的榜样。 Liu Xianjun is an outstanding theorist and practitioner of higher education in our country.His thought on higher education has strong applicability and has important guiding significance for the development of Chinese universities,especially for the development of new application-oriented universities:First,the new university concept of cultivating applied talents needed by the local government and emphasizing the social service function,so that the newly built local university Tongren University can find the direction of development in the confusion of application transformation exploration;The second is to develop the application of disciplines and emphasize the importance of disciplines and majors of the same view of discipline construction,so that the discipline construction of Tongren University in the game with the construction of majors to find the proper orientation;The third is to occupy the comparative advantage as the goal and emphasize the management of the relatively weak areas,focusing on the development of their own strengths,so that Tongren University in the development of the puzzle to find a suitable strategy;Fourthly,with the university as the research object and the emphasis on the combination of theoretical research and practical research,Tongren University has found an important working method in the difficulty of grasping the law of administrative management.Liu Xianjun's long-term and unbroken spirit of imaginative exploration of higher education makes us higher education workers find a learning example in the hesitancy of academic life.
