The Critique of Symbolic Fetishism Based on Das Kapital

立足《资本论》的拜物教理论,批判性吸收鲍德里亚的符号拜物教理论,可以剖析消费社会中消费异化现象。在消费社会中,存在忽略商品使用价值而去追逐“符号/价值”的现象,这是当代西方社会的符号崇拜。鲍德里亚基于语义学的差异逻辑分析符号拜物教,然而这是不充分的。依据马克思资本批判的辩证法思想,差异逻辑的根源是资本逻辑,符号拜物教是资本拜物教的当代表现形式。消除符号拜物教的蛊惑,不是以乌托邦式的象征交换取代交换价值,而是要深入批判资本主义“客观的颠倒”和“观念的错位”。剖析符号拜物教的表现、逻辑、后果,可以规避西方社会的消费异化,指导经济社会和谐发展。

Based on the theory of fetishism in Das Kapital,and critically absorbing the ideas of Baudrillard's symbolic fetishism,the phenomenon of consumption alienation in contemporary society can be analyzed.In a consumer society,there is a phenomenon of neglecting the use value of goods and pursuing symbols/value,which reflects the symbol worship in contemporary western society.Baudrillard analyzed symbolic fetishism using the semantic distinguishing logic,but this is insufficient.According to Marx's dialectical thought of capital criticism,the root of distinguishing logic is capital logic.Symbolic fetishism is a contemporary manifestation of capital fetishism.To eliminate the symbolic fetishism,it is not to replace exchange value with symbolic exchange,but to deeply criticize the"objective reversal"and"ideological dislocation"in capitalist society.Analyzing the logic and essence of symbolic fetishism can help we avoid consumption alienation in western society and guide the harmonious development of economy and society.
