摘要
目前的产品质量鉴定技术依托于国家标准、行业标准、购销合同等技术参数文件,以检验试验结果和专家意见作为产品质量鉴定的评判依据。针对我国司法技术领域中产品质量鉴定工作中遇到的质量综合评估问题,提出了基于AHP层次分析法的熔喷法非织造布生产联合机质量综合评价方法,用科学的统计方法尽可能降低产品质量鉴定工作中专家主观因素对质量鉴定结果的影响,对判决、仲裁活动给予有效的技术支撑。
Currently,product quality appraisal technology relies on technical parameter documents such as national standards,industry standards,and purchase and sale contracts,with inspection and test results and expert opinions serving as the basis for evaluating product quality.A comprehensive quality evaluation method was proposed for meltblown nonwoven combined machines based on Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)in response to the comprehensive quality assessment issues encountered in product quality apprais⁃al work in China's judicial technology field.This method utilizes scientific statistical methods to minimize the influence of experts'subjective factors on quality appraisal results,providing effective technical sup⁃port for judgment and arbitration activities.
