摘要
生物钟基因及其编码翻译的蛋白质通过转录翻译反馈回路调控机体24 h昼夜节律,许多临床心血管生理病理现象存在一定的昼夜节律变化。脑和肌肉芳烃受体核转录因子样蛋白-1(BMAL1)基因是转录翻译反馈回路中的重要环节,BMAL1基因缺失可能破坏机体的正常昼夜节律,从而导致各种心血管疾病的发生发展,如缺血性心脏病、心力衰竭、心律失常、各种心肌病、高血压、高脂血症等。研究BMAL1基因与各类心血管疾病之间的内在联系有助于探究其发挥作用的分子机制及信号通路,且有望在未来寻找到新的有效的基因治疗靶点。
The biological clock genes and their encoded translated proteins regulate the 24-hour circadian rhythm of the body through transcription-translation feedback loops,and many clinical cardiovascular physiological and pathological phenomena exhibit certain circadian rhythm changes.The brain and muscle ARNT-like protein-1(BMAL1)gene is an important link in the transcription-translation feedback loop.The deletion of BMAL1 gene may disrupt the normal circadian rhythm of the body,leading to the occurrence and development of various cardiovascular diseases,such as ischemic heart disease,heart failure,arrhythmia,various cardiomyopathies,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,etc.Studying the intrinsic relationship between the BMAL1 gene and various cardiovascular diseases can help explore its molecular mechanisms and signaling pathways,and is expected to find new effective gene therapy targets in the future.
