摘要
睑板腺功能障碍(MGD)是眼科常见慢性眼表疾病之一,可引起双眼干涩、异物感、畏光等症状,严重时可引起视力下降,影响患者生活质量。尽管临床有许多治疗MGD的方案,但尚无统一标准,使MGD在临床治疗和管理中面临一定挑战。近年来,随着对MGD病因和发病机制认识的不断深入,新兴的物理治疗方法和技术(新型眼睑清洁疗法、新型热敷疗法等)不断涌现,使其成为该领域的研究热点,其在治疗MGD方面具有很大的潜力。未来全面深层次研究新兴物理方法治疗MGD的作用机制,可为临床治疗MGD提供更多选择。
Meibomian gland dysfunction(MGD)is one of the common chronic ocular surface diseases in ophthalmology,which clinically causes dryness of both eyes,foreign body sensation,photophobia,and other symptoms,and in severe cases,vision loss,which affects patients′quality of life.Although there are many clinical protocols for the treatment of MGD,there are no uniform standards,which makes MGD face certain challenges in the clinical treatment and management.In recent years,with the deepening understanding of the etiology and pathogenesis of MGD,new physiotherapies and technologies(new eyelid cleansing therapy,new hot compress therapy,etc.)have emerged as research hotspots in the field,and they have great potential in the treatment of MGD.In the future,a comprehensive and in-depth study of the mechanism of action of emerging physiotherapyies in the treatment of MGD can provide more options for the clinical treatment of MGD.
