摘要
目的分析2004年以来发表的法定传染病报告率监测文献数据,了解我国法定传染病报告率整体情况,为传染病防控工作提供依据。方法从中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据资源系统、维普中文期刊服务平台、PubMed、Cochrane Library和Web of Science据库中检索文献,由2名评价员独立筛选文献、提取资料,采用R语言meta包进行统计分析。结果共筛选出50篇文献纳入Meta分析。2000—2021年我国法定传染病合并报告率为96.52%(95%CI:95.04%~97.76%)。东部地区报告率(97.93%,95%CI:96.37%~99.06%)显著高于中西部地区(95.01%,95%CI:92.24%~97.20%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.551,P=0.033)。2014年以前法定传染病报告率为92.89%(95%CI:90.08%~95.27%),2014年及以后法定传染病报告率为98.90%(95%CI:98.18%~99.44%),2014年及以后报告率显著高于2014年以前,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=30.082,P<0.001)。结论我国2000—2021年法定传染病报告合并率为96.52%,不同地区和时期报告率存在差异,主要表现为东部地区报告率高于中西部地区、2014年及以后报告率高于2014年以前。
Objective To analyze the reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases in China by literature published since 2004,and provide scientific references for the prevention and control of infectious diseases.Methods Databases including China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI),Wanfang database,VIP database,PubMed,Cochrane Library,and Web of Science were searched to collect observational studies on the reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases in China from January 2004 to December 2022.Two researchers independently screened the literature and extracted data.Meta-analysis was then performed using the meta package of R software.Results A total of 50 studies were included in this meta-analysis.The overall reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases from 2000 to 2021 in China was 96.52%(95%CI:95.04%-97.76%).The reporting rate in eastern regions(97.93%,95%CI:96.37%-99.06%) was higher than that in central and western regions(95.01%,95%CI:92.24%-97.20%),with a significantly statistical difference(χ^(2) = 4.551,P = 0.033).Reporting rate before 2014 was 92.89%( 95%CI:90.08%-95.27%),while in and after 2014 it was 98.90%( 95%CI:98.18%-99.44%).The reporting rate in and after 2014 was significantly higher than that before 2014(χ^(2) = 30.082,P<0.001).Conclusion The overall reporting rate of notifiable infectious diseases from 2000 to 2021 in China was 96.52%,There are differences in reporting rates among different regions and periods,mainly manifested as higher reporting rates in the eastern region than in the central and western regions,and higher reporting rates in 2014 and later than before 2014.
