摘要
目的 了解单增李斯特菌分离株的分子型别、毒力基因及耐药基因携带情况,为李斯特菌病的防控提供科学依据。方法 对淮南市2021—2022年分离的10株单增李斯特菌进行全基因组测序,通过BIGSdb数据库在线分析菌株分子型别,利用生信分析软件进行毒力基因及耐药基因分析。结果 10株单增李斯特菌中,9株分离自食品,1株分离自临床病人;分为6个序列型(ST),ST8型(50%)占优势,临床分离株为ST3型,与食品分离株ST型均不同;均携带毒力岛LIPI-1和LIPI-2,仅ST3型菌株携带LIPI-3且检出毒力基因数最多,4株菌(ST3、ST1032、ST87、ST91)携带vip毒力基因;均携带Fos X、mpr F、lin、nor B耐药基因。结论 淮南市单增李斯特菌分离株分子型别多样,携带多种毒力基因及耐药基因,应重点关注携带vip基因的菌株;临床分离株为高毒力株,与食品分离株来源不同,应加大食品样本监测力度。
Objective To understand the molecular types,virulence genes and drug resistance genes of Listeria monocytogenes,and to provide scientific basis for prevention and control of it.Methods 10 strains of Listeria monocytogenes isolated in Huainan City from 2021 to 2022 were subjected whole genome sequencing.The molecular types of strains were analyzed online through BIGSdb database,virulence genes and drug resistance genes were analyzed by bioinformatics analysis software.Results Among 10 Listeria monocytogenes strains,9 were isolated from food and 1 was isolated from a clinical patient.They were divided into 6 sequences types( ST),ST8(50%) was dominant,and the clinical isolates were ST3,which was different from the food isolates.All strains carried virulence islands LIPI-1 and LIPI-2,and only ST3 strains carried LIPI-3 with the highest number of detected virulence genes.Four strains( ST3,ST1032,ST87,ST91) carried vip virulence genes,all strains carried Fos X,mpr F,lin,and nor B resistance genes.Conclusion The strains of Listeria monocytogenes in Huainan City carried various molecular types,virulence genes and drug resistance genes.Special attention should be paid to strains carrying vip genes.The clinical isolates were highly virulent and different from food isolates,so the monitoring of food samples should be strengthened.
