多囊卵巢综合征伴胰岛素抵抗(PCOS-IR)是育龄期妇女不孕症及复发性流产发生的重要因素,其对育龄妇女身心健康影响严重。目前西医治疗PCOS-IR主要通过口服药物实现胰岛素增敏,其效果较理想,但停药后血清胰岛素水平易反弹,且在应用期间消化系统副反应明显。相比之下,祖国医学通过针药治疗PCOS-IR效果理想、副反应小,且停止治疗后效果持续、安全性高。该文就中西医疗法治疗PCOS-IR相关文献进行了荟萃分析。

Polycystic ovary syndrome with insulin resistance(PCOS-IR)is an important factor in the occurrence of infertility and recurrent miscarriage in women of childbearing age,and it has a serious impact on the physical and mental health of women of childbearing age.Currently,Western medicine treats PCOS-IR mainly through oral medication to achieve insulin sensitization,which is more effective,but the serum insulin level is prone to rebound after stopping the medication,and the side effects of the digestive system are obvious during the application period.In comparison,Chinese medicine treats PCOS-IR through acupuncture with ideal effect,little side effect,and the effect lasts after stopping the treatment with high safety.This article provides a meta-analysis of the literature related to the treatment of PCOS-IR by Chinese and Western medicine therapies.
