摘要
目的探讨血清降钙素原(PCT)应用于新生儿支原体肺炎早期病情评估分析的价值及PCT与患儿血清心肌酶谱、C反应蛋白(CRP)的相关性。方法选取2021年10月-2023年3月在廉江市人民医院接受治疗的80例新生儿肺炎患儿,根据患儿病情分为恢复期组和急性期组,并纳入同期40例健康新生儿设置为对照组。比较三组新生儿血清PCT含量、CRP、血清心肌酶谱[肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、α-羟丁酸脱氢酶(α-HBDH)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)]指标水平。分析PCT与心肌酶谱各指标、CRP的关系。结果急性期组患儿的血清PCT水平、CRP水平、心肌酶谱各项指标水平均高于恢复期组和对照组;通过相关性分析,新生儿肺炎的血清PCT水平与心肌酶谱、CRP水平呈正相关。结论PCT可作为评估新生儿支原体肺炎早期病情进展的有效指标,PCT与心肌酶谱中各项指标及CRP指标呈现正相关关系,对预测疾病导致的心肌受损的严重程度具有一定价值。
Objective To investigate the value of serum calcitonin(PCT)in the early evaluation of neonatal mycoplasma pneumonia and the correlation between PCT and serum myocardial enzymes and C-reactive protein(CRP)in children.Methods 80 cases of neonatal pneumonia treated in Lianjiang People’s Hospital from October 2021 to March 2023 were selected.According to the condition of the children,they were divided into recovery group and acute group.A control group of 40 healthy newborns was set up.The serum PCT content,CRP,and serum myocardial enzymes[creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),α-hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase(α-HBDH),and aspartate aminotransferase(AST)]indexes of the three groups were compared.The relationship between PCT and each index of myocardial enzymes and CRP was analyzed.Results The serum PCT level,CRP level,and each index of myocardial enzymes in the acute group were higher than those in the recovery group and the control group.Through correlation analysis,the serum PCT level of neonatal pneumonia was positively correlated with myocardial enzymes and CRP level.Conclusion PCT can be used as an effective indicator for evaluating the early progression of neonatal mycoplasma pneumonia.PCT is positively correlated with various indicators in the myocardial enzymogram and CRP index,which has a certain value in predicting the severity of myocardial damage caused by the disease.
