不同根管治疗方法在牙髓病或根尖周病患者中的应用对比研究

Comparative study of different root canal treatment methods in patients with pulpitis or periapical disease

目的探究不同根管治疗方法在牙髓病或根尖周病患者中的应用。方法选取2024年1月-2024年5月在本院口腔科接受根管治疗的牙髓病或根尖周病患者80例,采取随机数字表法分组,分别为传统根管治疗组(n=40)和激光辅助根管治疗组(n=40),对比两组根管治疗成功率和失败率;同时,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评估术后24小时、48小时、72小时的疼痛情况,记录两组并发症发生率以及平均治疗时间。结果两组根管治疗成功率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。激光辅助根管治疗组与传统根管治疗组相比,术后24小时、48小时、72小时的VAS评分较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。激光辅助根管治疗组与传统根管治疗组相比,并发症发生率较低,但无统计学差异(P>0.05)。激光辅助根管治疗组与传统根管治疗组相比,平均治疗时间较短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论激光辅助根管治疗牙髓病或根尖周病患者成功率尽管与传统根管治疗无明显差异,但前者术后疼痛程度较轻,术后并发症发生率较低,安全性较高,同时也缩短了平均治疗时间。

Objective To investigate the application of different root canal treatment methods in patients with pulpitis or periapical disease.Methods Eighty patients with pulpitis or periapical disease who received root canal treatment in the Department of Stomatology of our hospital from January 2024 to May 2024 were selected.Random number table was used to divide them into two groups:traditional root canal treatment group(n=40)and laser-assisted root canal treatment group(n=40).The success rate and failure rate of root canal treatment in the two groups were compared.At the same time,the Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain at 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after the operation,and the incidence of complications and the average treatment time in the two groups were recorded.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the success rate of root canal treatment between the two groups(P>0.05).Compared with the traditional root canal treatment group,the VAS scores of the laser-assisted root canal treatment group at 24 hours,48 hours and 72 hours after the operation were lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications was lower in the laser-assisted root canal treatment group compared to the traditional root canal treatment group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The average treatment time was shorter in the laser-assisted root canal treatment group compared to the traditional root canal treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Although the success rate of laser-assisted root canal treatment in patients with pulpitis or periapical disease is not significantly different from that of traditional root canal treatment,the former has less postoperative pain,lower incidence of postoperative complications,higher safety,and shorter average treatment time.
