Evaluation of clinical efficacy of iRoot SP as sealer

目的将iRoot SP与AH-Plus比较,评价其临床治疗效果。方法选择本院52例患者随机分为两组,分别使用iRoot SP单尖法与AH-Plus连续波法充填根管,比较两者的充填时间、术后疼痛情况和治疗效果。结果iRoot SP组的充填时间少于AH-Plus组,疼痛发生率少于AH-Plus组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两者的成功率没有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论iRoot SP作为根充糊剂可以有效地充填根管。

Objective Compare iRoot SP with AH-Plus to evaluate its clinical treatment effect.Methods 52 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The root canal was filled with iRoot SP single-point method and AH-Plus continuous wave method,and the filling time,post-obturation pain and treatment effect were compared.Results The filling time in the iRoot SP group was less than AH-Plus,and the incidence of post-obturation pain was less than AH-Plus,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in success rate between the two growps(P>0.05).Conclusion iRoot SP as sealer can effectively fill root canals.
