理疗康复在髋关节骨折患者术后应用效果及对VAS评分影响

Effect of physiotherapy and rehabilitation on VAS score in patients with hip fracture after operation

目的对髋关节骨折患者应用理疗康复方案,观察其临床影响。方法研究期为2023年1月-2024年1月,筛取64例观察对象进入研究,均为浙江康复医院康复医学科收治的髋关节骨折患者,所有患者均接受手术治疗,利用随机数字表法分成两组,观察组(n=32)实行常规护理+术后理疗康复,对照组(n=32)仅给予常规护理,选定三项观察指标:术后疼痛度改善情况、髋关节功能恢复情况、并发症发生率,对比不同护理方案的实践作用效果。结果干预后,术后30d,观察组视觉模拟评分(visual analogue scale,VAS)为(4.46±0.82)分,对照组为(5.19±0.94)分(t=3.3104,P<0.05);术后30d,观察组髋关节功能评分(Harris)为(82.48±6.22)分,对照组为(78.86±5.68)分(t=2.4311,P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率为3.13%,对照组为18.75%(χ^(2)=4.0100,P<0.05)。结论将理疗康复方案融入髋关节骨折患者中,可减轻患者的术后疼痛度,促进功能恢复,降低相关并发症发生率,价值显著。

Objective To apply a physical therapy rehabilitation program to patients with hip fractures and observe its clinical impact.Methods During the research period from January 2023 to January 2024,64 observation subjects were selected for the study.All patients were admitted to the Rehabilitation Medicine Department of Zhejiang Rehabilitation Hospital and underwent surgical treatment.They were randomly divided into two groups using the random number method.The observation group(n=32)received routine nursing and postoperative physical therapy rehabilitation,while the control group(n=32)received only routine nursing.Three observation indicators were selected:improvement in postoperative pain,recovery of hip joint function,and incidence of complications.The practical effects of different nursing plans were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the visual analog scale(VAS)of the observation group was(4.46±0.82)points and the control group was(5.19±0.94)points 30 days after surgery(t=3.3104,P<0.05).The Harris hip joint function score of the observation group was(82.48±6.22)points and the control group was(78.86±5.68)points 30 days after surgery(t=2.4311,P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was 3.13%and the control group was 18.75%(χ^(2)=4.0100,P<0.05).Conclusion Integrating physical therapy rehabilitation program into hip fracture patients can reduce postoperative pain and promote functional recovery.Reducing the incidence of related complications has significant value.
