摘要
目的分析不同浓度注射用阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎的疗效及不良反应的差异。方法选取2018年9月-2021年9月期间住院治疗的115例支原体肺炎患儿临床资料,根据给予静点阿奇霉素不同浓度设为对照组(55例)和观察组(60例),前者给予1mg/ml,后者给予2mg/ml抗感染治疗。比较分析两组患儿治疗前后胸部影像学检查结果、肝功能结果及临床症状,对比其住院天数。结果观察组患儿的住院天数、胸部影像学好转时间、肝功能的变化以及咳嗽缓解时间与对照组患儿均无显著差异(P>0.05);两组患儿的退热时间、出现腹痛等胃肠道不良反应的情况也无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论以1mg/ml和2mg/ml两种不同浓度输注阿奇霉素治疗支原体肺炎疗效无显著差异,以2mg/ml浓度输注阿奇霉素不会增加肝损伤及腹痛等胃肠道不良反应的情况,但以2mg/ml的浓度静点可以减少输液时间,患儿及家长更易接受。
Objective To analyze and discuss the difference of efficacy and adverse reactions of azithromycin injection with different concentrations in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods The clinical data of 115 children with mycoplasma pneumonia hospitalized from September 2018 to September 2021 were selected.According to the different concentrations of azithromycin given intravenously,they were divided into the control group(55 cases)and the observation group(60 cases).The former was given 1mg/ml,the latter 2mg/ml anti-infection treatment.The results of chest imaging,liver function and clinical symptoms of the two groups of children before and after treatment were compared and analyzed,and their hospitalization days were compared.Results There was no significant difference between the observation group and the control group in the days of hospitalization,the change of liver function and the time of cough relief(P>0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in the time of fever abatement and the occurrence of gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as abdominal pain(P>0.05).Conclusion There is no significant difference in the efficacy of azithromycin infusion with different concentrations of 1mg/ml and 2mg/ml in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumonia.The infusion of azithromycin with 2mg/ml concentration will not increase the gastrointestinal adverse reactions such as liver injury and abdominal pain.However,the infusion time can be reduced with the concentration of 2mg/ml,children and parents are more acceptable.
