摘要
目的了解2023年我院第二批国家重点监控药品的临床应用情况,推动重点监控药品按照标准化方式正确使用,提高医疗服务水平和医疗安全性,优化患者就诊体验。方法制定重点监控药品目录及管控措施;利用医院信息系统,对2023年5月-12月的重点监控药品金额和使用频率相关数据进行整理和分析。随机选择同期销售额排名前五的重点监控药品50份处方,对其在临床上的使用进行合理性分析。结果2023年5月-12月期间,重点监控药品在全院药品销售总量中所占的比例为2.37%。销售额最高的10个药品占销售总量的92.33%。在2023年5月-12月期间,我院对前二十种重点监控药物进行了排名,包括5种抗生素、5种血液循环改善药物、4种非治疗性辅助药物(如免疫调节剂、营养类、维生素类)、4种PPIs以及2种糖皮质激素药物。不合理用药处方共13份,占比为5.2%。结论我院第二批重点监控药品临床使用基本符合专科诊治特点,但仍需在现有基础上完善管控措施,进一步规范重点监控药品的使用。
Objective To understand the clinical 2023 of the second batch of national key controlled drugs in our hospital,and to promote the correct use of key controlled drugs in a standardized manner,so as to improve the level of medical services and medical safety,and optimize the patient’s experience.Methods The hospital information system was used to collate and analyze the data on the amount and frequency of the key drugs from May to December 2023.We randomly selected 50 prescriptions of the top five key controlled drugs in the same period,and analyzed the rationality of their clinical use.Results From May to December,2023 drugs accounted for 2.37%of total hospital drug sales.The top 10 drugs accounted for 92.33%of total sales.Between May and December of the 2023,our hospital ranked the top 20 key controlled drugs,they included five antibiotics,five drugs to improve blood circulation,four non-therapeutic adjuncts(such as immunomodulators,nutrients,vitamins),four PPIs,and two glucocorticoid drugs.There were 13 irrational prescriptions,accounting for 5.2%.Conclusion The clinical use of the second batch of key controlled drugs in our hospital basically conforms to the characteristics of special diagnosis and treatment,but it is still necessary to improve the control measures and further standardize the use of key controlled drugs.
