新余地区门诊成年2型糖尿病患者心理健康状况调查及相关因素分析

Investigation on mental health status and related factors of outpatients with type 2 diabetes in Xinyu area

目的探讨新余地区门诊成年2型糖尿病患者心理健康状况及相关影响因素。方法从新余市中医院糖尿病门诊于2021年6月-2023年6月收治的成年2型糖尿病患者中选择300例作为研究对象,采用PHQ-9抑郁症状群量表和GAD-7广泛性焦虑量表对患者心理健康状况进行评估,并应用医院自制的健康问卷调查表开展调查,对结果数据加以分析,总结影响患者出现心理健康问题的相关因素。结果成年2型糖尿病患者焦虑、抑郁心理与其经济收入、家庭婚姻幸福程度、胰岛素每日使用次数、合并糖尿病相关并发症、病程长短、文化程度和每日运动量有关(P<0.05)。结论新余地区门诊成年2型糖尿病患者的心理健康水平相对较低,且受到多种因素的影响,如经济收入、家庭婚姻幸福程度、胰岛素每日使用次数、合并糖尿病相关并发症、病程长短、文化程度和每日运动量。为此,临床医护人员及2型糖尿病患者自身均要引起高度重视,医院需积极采取有效措施结合患者的实际情况为其进行有效的心理疏导和干预,对症下药,保障疗效,控制并稳定病情,保障患者良好的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the mental health status and related factors of adult patients with type 2 diabetes in outpatients of Xinyu District.Methods A total of 300 adults with type 2 diabetes admitted to the diabetes clinic of our hospital from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the study subjects.The mental health status of the patients was evaluated by PHQ-9 depressive symptom group scale and GAD-7 Generalized anxiety Scale,and the self-developed health questionnaire was used to investigate.The result data were analyzed,and finally the related factors affecting the mental health problems of these patients were summarized.Results The anxiety and depression of adult type 2 diabetes patients were related to their economic income,family and marriage happiness,daily times of insulin use,diabetes-related symptoms,disease course,education level and daily exercise(P<0.05).Conclusion The mental health level of adults with type 2 diabetes in outpatients in Xinyu area is relatively low,and is affected by many factors,such as economic income,family and marriage happiness,daily insulin use,diabetes-related symptoms,disease course,education level and daily exercise.To this end,clinical medical staff and patients with type 2 diabetes should pay great attention to themselves,and hospitals should actively take effective measures to carry out effective psychological counseling and intervention in combination with the actual situation of patients,and prescribe the right medicine to ensure the curative effect,control and stabilize the condition,and ensure a good quality of life.
