电针联合盆底肌电刺激对脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者排尿及尿流动力学指标的影响

The effect of electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor electromyography stimulation on urinary and urodynamic indicators in patients with urinary incontinence after spinal cord injury

目的分析电针联合盆底肌电刺激对脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者排尿及尿流动力学指标的影响。方法按照随机数字表法将我院2022年6月-2023年12月收治的80例脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者分为两组,每组各40例。比较两组临床疗效、排尿情况、尿流动力学指标和生活质量。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后排尿情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后尿流动力学指标优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脊髓损伤后尿失禁患者实施电针联合盆底肌电刺激治疗,效果确切,有利于增强控尿能力,改善尿流动力学指标,促进患者生活质量提升,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the effects of electroacupuncture combined with pelvic floor electromyography stimulation on urinary and urodynamic indicators in patients with urinary incontinence after spinal cord injury.Methods 80 patients with urinary incontinence after spinal cord injury admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to December 2023 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Compare the clinical efficacy,urination status,urodynamic indicators,and quality of life between two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the observation group showed better urination after treatment compared to the control group(P<0.05);after treatment,the urodynamic indicators in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life score of the observation group after treatment was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of electroacupuncture and pelvic floor electromyography stimulation is effective in treating urinary incontinence after spinal cord injury,which is beneficial for enhancing urinary control ability,improving urodynamic indicators,and promoting the improvement of patient quality of life.It is worth promoting and applying.
