自制剂参罗胶囊联合倍他司汀注射液治疗椎基底动脉综合征性眩晕的临床效果研究

Clinical efficacy study of self-made Shenluo capsules combined with betahistine injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar syndrome

目的探讨自制剂参罗胶囊联合倍他司汀注射液治疗椎基底动脉综合征性眩晕的临床效果。方法选取我院2021年1月-2023年3月收治的100例椎基底动脉综合征性眩晕患者进行前瞻性研究,应用随机数字表法将其分为观察组与对照组,每组各50例。对照组患者采用倍他司汀注射液治疗,观察组采用自制剂参罗胶囊联合倍他司汀注射液治疗。对比两组临床疗效,治疗前后右椎动脉(Right vertebral artery,RVA)、左椎动脉(Left vertebral artery,LVA)及基底动脉(Basilar artery,BA)的血流速度,一氧化氮(nitric oxide,NO)和内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)表达水平,眩晕障碍量表(Dizziness Disorder Scale,DHI)及生活质量量表(Quality of Life Scale,SF-36)评分水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者RVA、LVA、BA血流速度均升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者ET-1水平均降低,观察组低于对照组,NO水平升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者DHI评分均降低,观察组低于对照组,SF-36评分升高,观察组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自制剂参罗胶囊联合倍他司汀注射液治疗椎基底动脉综合征性眩晕疗效显著,可改善动脉血流速度,辅助改善血管内皮功能,减轻眩晕对患者日常生活带来的影响,进一步提升患者生活质量。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of self-made Shenluo capsules combined with betahistine injection in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar artery syndrome.Methods A prospective study was conducted on 100 patients with vertebrobasilar artery syndrome vertigo admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2023.Random number table method was used to divide them into an observation group and a control group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group patients were treated with betahistine injection,while the observation group was treated with self-made Shenluo capsules combined with betahistine injection.Compare the clinical efficacy of two groups,including the blood flow velocity of the RVA,LVA,and BA before and after treatment,the expression levels of NO and ET-1,and the scores of the DHI and SF-36.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the blood flow velocities of RVA,LVA,and BA in both groups of patients increased,and the observation group was higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the levels of ET-1 in both groups of patients decreased,with the observation group being lower than the control group and the NO level increasing.The observation group was higher(P<0.05);after treatment,the DHI scores of both groups of patients decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The SF-36 score increased,and the observation group was higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of self-made Shenluo capsules and betastatin injection has a significant therapeutic effect on vertigo caused by vertebrobasilar syndrome.It can improve arterial blood flow velocity,assist in improving endothelial function,alleviate the impact of vertigo on patients’daily life,and further enhance their quality of life.
