莪术地上部分化学成分和药理作用的研究进展

Developments in the chemical composition and pharmacological properties of Rhizoma Curcumae(Ezhu)aboveground components

莪术地上部分与莪术传统药用根茎部分化学成分上存在很大差异,虽然莪术地上部分活性成分含量少,但是莪术地上部分资源丰富,产量多;现代研究发现其在抗菌、抗病毒、抗肿瘤、抗氧化等方面存在药理活性,目前对莪术地上部分的临床研究较少。本研究通过对莪术地上部分与莪术传统药用根茎部分化学成分进行对比分析,综述莪术地上部分的药理作用,拓增莪术非药用部位的药用价值,为临床治疗肿瘤和抗菌、抗病毒新药物的研究提供理论依据。

Ezhu's aboveground component differs greatly from the plant's traditional medicinal rhizome in terms of chemical composition.Although the aboveground part of Ezhu contains less active ingredients,the aboveground part of Ezhu has abundant resources and high yield.Modern studies have found that it has pharmacological activities in antibacterial,antiviral,anti-tumor,anti-oxidation,etc.At present,there are few clinical studies on the aboveground part of Ezhu.Through comparative analysis of the chemical components of the aboveground part of Ezhu and the traditional medicinal rhizome part of Ezhu,this study summarized the pharmacological effects of the aboveground part of Ezhu,expanded the medicinal value of the non-medicinal part of Ezhu,and provided theoretical basis for the clinical treatment of tumor and the research of new antibacterial and antiviral drugs.
