基于CiteSpace的寿胎丸研究进展知识图谱可视化分析

Visualization analysis of knowledge graph of research progress on Shoutai Pills based on CiteSpace

目的:运用知识图谱分析寿胎丸的研究现状、研究成果、研究热点和发展趋势,为该领域的进一步研究提供参考。方法:检索中国知网数据库自2000年1月1日至2023年8月31日收录关于寿胎丸的文献,应用Cite Space 6.1.R2对文献的作者、机构、关键词进行计量学分析,并绘制、分析相关知识图谱。结果:研究一共纳入文献599篇,年发文量在2008-2016年迅速增长,发文最多的作者为雷磊(37篇),共形成3个研究团队。发文量最多的机构是湖南中医药大学(57篇)。主要研究方向是寿胎丸的加减应用、临床疗效和临床试验等方面。当前的研究热点是寿胎丸治疗自然流产的临床疗效和机理研究,以及寿胎丸与性激素的相关性研究,基础研究逐渐引起该领域研究者的关注。结论:运用寿胎丸加减诊疗疾病的临床观察仍是目前研究的热点,药物代谢及机理层面的深入研究将成为未来的研究重点,多元化的治疗方案亦是未来临床研究的趋势。未来应重视寿胎丸研究的延续性及深入性。如开展多中心、大规模、高质量的临床研究以提供高级别的循证医学证据;深入开展相关基础研究以丰富寿胎丸的现代医学研究内容。

Objective:Knowledge maps was used to analyze the research status,results,hotspots,and development trends of Shoutai Pill to provide a reference of further research in this field.Methods:The literature on Shoutai Pills in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI)from January 1,2000 to August 31,2023 was collected and CiteSpace 6.1.R2 was applied to carry out the metrological analysis of authors,institutions,and keywords of the literature,as well as to draw and analyze the related knowledge maps.Results:A total of 599 documents were included in the study showed a total of three research teams were formed.The annual number of publications increased rapidly from 2008—2016,and the author with the most publications was LEI Lei(37 articles).The institution with the most publications was Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(57 articles).The main research directions was modification,clinical efficacy,and clinical trials of Shoutai Pill.The current research hotspot was the study of clinical efficacy and mechanism of Shoutai Pill in treating spontaneous abortion,as well as the correlation between Shoutai Pill and sex hormones.The basic research had gradually attracted the attention of researchers in this field.Conclusion:Clinical observation on the modification of Shoutai Pill in the treatment of diseases is still a hot spot in the current research.Indepth research on drug metabolism and mechanism will become the focus of future research.Diversified treatment options are also the trend of future clinical research.In the future,we should emphasize the continuity and depth of the research on Shoutai Pill such as multi-center,large-scale,high-quality clinical research to provide high-level evidence-based medicine,and in-depth basic research to enrich the modern medical research content of Shoutai Pill etc.
