摘要
本文采用中国科学院电工所生产的Ba122铁基超导带材为研究对象,将基于磁场的H方程与超导体的E-J关系结合起来,通过COMSOL Multiphysics有限元仿真软件建立了Ba122铁基超导带材的二维轴对称模型,仿真计算并分析了不同芯丝数、不同磁场幅值、不同磁场频率、芯丝间距对铁基超导带材的影响。仿真结果表明:合理设计芯丝数能够使铁基超导带材总交流损耗最小化。多芯化对于降低交流损耗的效果在磁场强度幅值较高或频率较低的情况下更为显著。此外,在一次穿管时,必须优化内包套的厚度。
In this paper,Ba122 iron-based superconducting tape produced by Institute of Electrician,China Academy of Sciences was taken as the research object,H equation based on magnetic field was combined with E-J relation of superconductor,and a two-dimensional axisymmetric model of Ba122 iron-based superconducting tape was established by COMSOLMultiphysics finite element simulation software.The influences of different core wires,different magnetic field amplitudes,different magnetic field frequencies and core wire spacing on iron-based superconducting tape were simulated and analyzed.The results show that the reasonable number of core wires can minimize the total AC loss of iron-based superconducting tape.The effect of multi-core on reducing AC loss is more obvious when the amplitude of magnetic field intensity is higher or the frequency is lower.In addition,the thickness of the inner jacket must be optimized when the pipe is threaded at one time.
