摘要
自复叠制冷系统以其出色的制冷能力、简洁的结构设计、高度稳定的运行特性以及广泛的应用前景,成为目前低温领域的研究热点。基于自复叠制冷循环工作原理,本文重点阐述了制冷系统混合工质组分、内部部件改进以及流程优化几方面的研究现状以及进展,得出了采用混合工质循环制冷剂和优化自复叠流程优化是提升系统性能的有效途径,最后展望了自复叠制冷循环系统的未来发展前景,为后续的研究提供了参考依据。
An auto-cascade refrigeration system(ACR)has become a research hotspot in the field of cryogenics due to its excellent refrigeration capacity,simple structural design,highly stable operation characteristics and wide application prospects.Based on the working principle of an auto-cascade refrigeration cycle,this paper focused on the current research status and progress of the refrigeration system's mixed refrigerants components and internal components optimization.It is concluded that the use of mixed-quality circulating refrigerant and the auto-cascade process optimization are an effective way to improve the performance of the system.Finally,the future development of the auto-cascade refrigeration cycle system is looked forward to.
